Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited has announced the approval of the fulfillment of the unlocking conditions for the third unlocking period of the Restricted A Share Incentive Plan. This milestone, part of a series of planned unlockings, signifies the upcoming end of the third locking period on 23 July 2024. The Incentive Plan, initiated on 29 June 2020, reaches a crucial phase as one-third of the restricted shares become available following the 48-month period completion.
