TSH Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Mr Chua Khing Seng as a Non-Executive Independent Director effective from 18 July 2024. Mr Chua will also chair the Nominating Committee and join both the Audit and Remuneration Committees, reaffirming his independence in accordance with the Catalist Rules of the Singapore Exchange. This strategic appointment brings a fresh perspective to the company’s Board of Directors and its various committees.
