Trustpilot Group Plc ( (GB:TRST) ) has issued an announcement.

Trustpilot Group plc has repurchased 120,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices between 151.10p and 159.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 155.00p. The company intends to cancel all of these shares as part of its ongoing share buyback programme launched in September 2025.

Since the start of the programme, Trustpilot has bought back 17,182,896 shares for cancellation at a total cost of about £31.8m, excluding fees, effectively reducing its share count.
