True North Gems Inc., a company listed on TSX Venture Exchange, has officially changed its name to TGX Energy & Resources Inc., with the change expected to take effect from August 16, 2024. The company’s shares will continue trading under the same ticker ‘TGX’ post-renaming, subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval. Moreover, the company has decided against proceeding with the previously proposed share consolidation.
