Troy Minerals Inc. has finalized an agreement to acquire all shares of CBGB Ventures Corp., which will allow the combined entity to potentially hold up to an 80% interest in the Grand Samsara Development LLC’s Tsagaan Zalaa Silica Project in Mongolia. The deal involves exchanging millions of Troy common shares and special warrants, with specific conversion conditions linked to the progress and commercial production of the Table Mountain and Tsagaan Zalaa projects. The completion of the transaction is contingent on due diligence and approval from CBGB shareholders.
