Troubadour Resources Inc. has successfully closed the first tranche of its aimed $2 million private placement, securing $903,999.60 through the sale of over 4.3 million shares. The financing, which offers shares at $0.21 each, will fund further exploration of the company’s mineral properties. Finders received broker warrants as a part of the deal, with the entire offering subject to a statutory hold period.
