The latest announcement is out from Troubadour Resources ( (TSE:TR) ).
Troubadour Resources reported that Phase 1 of its multi-phase drill program at the Senneville Gold-Silver-Copper property has successfully intercepted target mineralization near surface across all seven drill holes totaling roughly 1,000 metres. Drilling at the Gustav Cere showing, guided by recent induced polarization surveys, encountered broad intervals of quartz-carbonate-vein-associated mineralization in deformed mafic and intermediate volcanic rocks, with notable cumulative mineralized lengths in holes SV-25-002, SV-25-007, SV-25-006 and SV-25-003 beginning as shallow as 2.65 metres downhole. While assay results were not disclosed, the consistent near-surface intersections of sulphide-bearing mineralization similar in style to that hosting nearby Novador gold deposits suggest potential to outline a significant mineralized system at Senneville, supporting the rationale for continued multi-phase drilling and potentially enhancing the project’s exploration profile within the Abitibi greenstone belt.
