On August 15, 2025, TROOPS, Inc.’s subsidiary, Giant Connection Limited, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Digital Insura, Inc. to acquire 49% of the shares in BLUE POOL VENTURES LIMITED, which operates an insurance brokerage business. This strategic acquisition, valued at HK$11,833,500, includes a put option to purchase the remaining shares over five years, potentially strengthening TROOPS’ position in the insurance market.
