TROOPS, Inc. has finalized the acquisition of Riches Holdings Limited for $13.4 million, funded through a convertible promissory note with a maturity date set for May 9, 2029. This strategic move has resulted in TROOPS, Inc. gaining full ownership of Riches Holdings’ share capital, as of May 31, 2024.
