TROOPS, Inc. Acquires Riches Holdings for $13.4M

TROOPS, Inc. (TROO) has released an update.

TROOPS, Inc., a Cayman Islands-based company, has entered into an agreement to purchase all issued and outstanding shares of Riches Holdings Limited from LIANTENG LIMITED for $13.4 million, to be satisfied through a convertible promissory note. This acquisition, effective May 9, 2024, will result in TROOPS, Inc. owning the entire share capital of Riches Holdings Limited, enhancing its market position.
