Troilus Gold Corp. has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting, where all nominated directors, including the newly appointed Chair Chantal Lavoie, were elected with overwhelming support. Lavoie brings over 35 years of mining experience to his new role, succeeding Diane Lai, who remains on the board. Additionally, shareholders approved McGovern Hurley LLP as the company’s auditors for the upcoming year.
