Triton Director Bolsters Shareholding

Triton Minerals Limited (AU:TON) has released an update.

Adrian Costello, a director at Triton Minerals Limited, has significantly increased his stake in the company through the acquisition of 784,491 shares at a deemed price of $0.017 each, resulting in a new total direct holding of 1,516,198 ordinary fully paid shares. This change, which constitutes a substantial investment by Costello in the company, took effect on 7 June 2024 and was part of a salary arrangement approved earlier at the AGM on 28 May 2024.
