Tritech Group Limited successfully held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on May 7, 2024, chaired by Professor Yong Kwet Yew, with a quorum present. No questions were raised by shareholders regarding the resolution up for approval, and all proxy forms had been duly processed. The EGM proceeded smoothly with the formalities, including the appointment of In.Corp Corporate Services and Agile 8 Advisory as Polling Agent and Scrutineer, respectively.
