Tritech Group Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from 31 July 2024, following the retirement of its Non-Executive Chairman, Professor Yong Kwet Yew, and the appointment of Mr Aw Eng Hai as the new Non-Executive and Non-Independent Chairman. These changes come with a redefined board structure, including new roles for the Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees, aiming to maintain the company’s standards and governance.
