Tritax EuroBox has decided to adjourn its Court and General Meetings concerning the SEGRO Offer, opting instead to recommend a cash offer from Brookfield’s Titanium Ruth Bidco Limited. The directors believe the Brookfield Offer presents a more attractive premium, leading them to withdraw support for SEGRO’s all-share proposal. Shareholders are advised not to attend the SEGRO meetings initially scheduled for late October, pending further updates.
