Tritax Big Box REIT ( (GB:BBOX) ) just unveiled an update.

Tritax Big Box REIT has updated the timetable for its proposed data centre development at Manor Farm, following new guidance from the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government that a planning decision is now expected on or before 9 June 2026. As a result, the company has pushed back its anticipated practical completion date for the facility to between October 2027 and March 2028, with income to be recognised once the building completes.

Despite the delay, Tritax Big Box says it still expects to book development profits from Manor Farm in 2026, assuming a successful planning outcome and a pre-let is secured. The board reiterated its confidence in the long-term strategic and financial merits of the project, highlighting its role in delivering critical national data centre infrastructure for the UK and its importance to the company’s ambition to grow adjusted earnings by 50% by 2030.
