Tritax Big Box Executives Acquire Company Shares

Tritax Big Box REIT (GB:BBOX) has released an update.

Tritax Big Box REIT plc has announced the acquisition of 1,407,286 ordinary shares at a price of £1.6078 per share, as part of their management fee arrangement. This purchase was made on behalf of partners and employees, including Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) and abrdn Holdings Limited, a member of the Manager. The transaction, part of the company’s investment strategy, was executed on the London Stock Exchange.
