Tritax Big Box REIT plc has announced an interim dividend of 1.825 pence per share for the first quarter of 2024, with payments due on June 7th to shareholders registered by May 24th. They also confirmed the progression of a court-sanctioned all-share combination with UK Commercial Property REIT Limited, expected to take effect on May 16th, after receiving shareholder approvals. This strategic move anticipates that UKCM shareholders will receive at least the same dividend income from the combined entity as they did in the previous year.
