Triple Point Venture VCT Plc announced the allotment of 3,001,898 new Venture Shares at an average price of 94.935 pence per share, as part of a subscription offer detailed in a prospectus issued in September 2025. This allotment increases the company’s total issued share capital and voting rights to 101,589,816 Venture Class Shares, with the shares expected to be listed on the Official List by late October 2025.
