Triple Point Venture VCT Plc has announced the allotment of 1,907,382 new Venture Shares at an average price of 96.804 pence per share, as part of a subscription offer detailed in a prospectus issued in September 2024. This allotment increases the company’s total issued share capital and voting rights to 95,873,581 Venture Class Shares, with the new shares expected to be admitted to the Official List by 7 April 2025.
