Triple Point Venture VCT Plc has successfully completed an equity issuance, allotting 705,100 Venture Shares at an average price of 98.631 pence each, subsequently closing the offer outlined in their September 2023 prospectus. Following the allotment, the company’s issued share capital now stands at 72,947,100 Venture Class Shares, with the new shares expected to be admitted to the Official List around mid-August 2024.
