Triple Point VCT 2011 PLC (GB:TPV) has released an update.
Triple Point Venture VCT Plc has successfully completed the issuance of 705,100 Venture Shares at an average price of 98.631 pence each on July 31, 2024, following an offer detailed in their 2023 prospectus. This allotment increases the company’s issued share capital and total voting rights to 72,947,100 Venture Class Shares, and as a result, the offer has now closed. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List by mid-August 2024.
