Triple Point Energy Transition PLC has announced an interim dividend of 1.375 pence per ordinary share for the period ending June 30, 2024, with a payment date set for September 20, 2024. Shareholders on the register by September 6, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend, with the ex-dividend date being September 5, 2024. The company, known for investments in low-carbon and energy-efficient projects, has also previously received shareholder approval for the orderly realisation of its assets.
