Triple One Metals Inc., formerly MLK Gold Ltd., has amended its agreement with Portsmouth Gold Corporation, proceeding with the acquisition of the Bank Vault and Nickel Showing properties without a previously proposed stock consolidation. The company will issue over 5.9 million units, each including a share and a warrant, with the transaction expected to close by year-end without shareholder approval or finder’s fees.
