Trio Industrial Electronics Group Limited has announced significant changes in its board composition, effective October 28, 2024. Ms. Law Ying Wai Denise has resigned as an independent non-executive director, while Ms. Liu Yun has been appointed as an executive director, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in financial markets to the role. Additionally, Mr. Yip Wa Ming has joined as an independent non-executive director, assuming key committee responsibilities.
