Trio Industrial Electronics Group Limited has announced significant changes in its board composition, effective October 28, 2024. Ms. Law Ying Wai Denise has resigned as an independent non-executive director, while Ms. Liu Yun has been appointed as an executive director, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in financial markets to the role.
