The latest announcement is out from Trinseo ( (TSE) ).

On March 2, 2026, Trinseo PLC received notice that the New York Stock Exchange would commence proceedings to delist its ordinary shares and immediately suspend trading after the company fell below the NYSE’s continued listing standard requiring a 30‑day average market capitalization of at least $15 million. This followed prior NYSE notifications in December 2025 that Trinseo’s average market capitalization and shareholders’ equity had each dropped below $50 million and that its share price had traded under $1.00 for 30 consecutive sessions.

The NYSE plans to file a Form 25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, with the delisting becoming effective 10 days later, though Trinseo said the move is not expected to affect its underlying business operations or SEC reporting. Following suspension and delisting, trades in Trinseo’s ordinary shares will be subject to Irish stamp duty and the Depository Trust Company will cease clearing the stock, potentially forcing investors to shift holdings to another settlement agent or the company’s transfer agent, and any future trading may migrate to the OTC Pink Limited Market, where liquidity and quotation cannot be assured.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE) stock is a Hold with a $0.43 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Trinseo stock, see the TSE Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on TSE Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, TSE is a Neutral.

The score is primarily held down by weak financial performance—loss-making margins and a highly concerning balance sheet with negative equity—alongside bearish technicals (below key moving averages and negative MACD). Offsetting factors include improving free cash flow metrics, constructive (but mixed) guidance for positive Q4 free cash flow, and a high dividend yield, though corporate events add delisting and restructuring-risk pressure.
