Trinity’s Acquisition by Touchstone Nears Completion

Trinity Exploration & Production (GB:TRIN) has released an update.

Trinity Exploration & Production has achieved significant progress in its acquisition by Touchstone Exploration Inc., with all regulatory and antitrust conditions now met following approval by the Trinidad and Tobago Commission. Shareholder votes and Heritage’s consent have also been secured, advancing the scheme of arrangement toward the final court hearing scheduled for July 31, 2024. The completion of the acquisition is anticipated for August 2024, pending the remaining conditions and formal court sanction.
