Trinity Exploration & Production (GB:TRIN) has released an update.

Trinity Exploration & Production has reached a significant milestone in its acquisition by Touchstone Exploration Inc., with major regulatory hurdles cleared and shareholder approval secured. With Heritage’s consent and no pre-emptive rights exercised, the deal is progressing, subject only to final approvals including the sanction by the Trinidad and Tobago Commission and the Court.
