Trinity Exploration & Production has announced the successful shareholder approval for the recommended acquisition by Touchstone Exploration Inc., with overwhelming support seen at both the Court and General Meetings. Shareholders voted favorably on resolutions that will progress a scheme arrangement under the Companies Act 2006, moving the acquisition towards its expected completion in August 2024. The approval paves the way for the next step, which is the Court Hearing scheduled for 31 July 2024, marking a significant milestone in the merger process.
