Trinity Exploration & Production has effectively withdrawn from the scheme of arrangement with Touchstone, following the latter’s decision not to pursue a takeover offer. Consequently, Trinity’s shareholders and directors are now released from their prior commitments and are free to vote on an upcoming acquisition by Lease Operators Limited. The company is moving forward with the necessary court meetings and shareholder documentation to facilitate the Lease Operators acquisition process.
