Trinity Exploration & Production’s directors have unanimously decided to endorse Lease Operators Limited’s cash offer, valuing Trinity shares at a significant premium and providing immediate value without further investment or risk. This move supersedes and improves upon a prior offer from Touchstone Exploration Inc., with Trinity’s directors now recommending shareholders to favor the Lease Operators deal and indefinitely postponing the court hearing for the Touchstone offer.
