Trinity Exploration & Production has agreed to an all-share acquisition by Touchstone Exploration Inc., which will proceed through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Shareholders of Trinity are set to receive new shares in Touchstone following the final court hearing scheduled for 31 July 2024, with the acquisition expected to become effective on 1 August 2024. The transaction is contingent upon the satisfaction of certain conditions and approvals, including court sanction and registration.
