Trinex Minerals Limited is set to gain up to a 75% interest in the Gibbons Creek Uranium Project in Canada, following a definitive agreement with ALX Resources Corporation. The deal, which includes an initial 51% stake with potential to increase, has been finalized without any remaining conditions. The company will use funds from a recent placement to support exploration and general capital needs, with shareholder approval pending for a tranche related to director share issuance.
