Trillion Energy Completes Private Placement Rounds

Trillion Energy International (TSE:TCF) has released an update.

Trillion Energy International Inc. has successfully closed two additional tranches of its upsized non-brokered private placement, totaling over 23 million units and raising approximately $2.08 million. Each unit includes a common share and a share purchase warrant, with an acceleration clause if share prices hit $0.35 for seven consecutive days. The company also offered cash finder’s fees and non-transferable broker warrants as incentives.
