Trillion Energy Completes Major Fundraising Round

Trillion Energy International (TSE:TCF) has released an update.

Trillion Energy International Inc. has successfully completed its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $2,447,807.67 by issuing over 27 million units, along with settling a debt of $687,733.32 through shares and units. The fundraising initiative included an acceleration clause for warrants and payment of finder’s fees and broker warrants as incentives.
