Trigon Metals Inc. has significantly outperformed expectations by reaching a key mining milestone at its Kombat Mine in Namibia, averaging 980 tonnes of ore per day over a 30-day period from its underground operations. This accomplishment, achieved well ahead of schedule, has prompted the company to pause open pit mining due to the higher efficiency and grade of the underground ore, and current milling capacity constraints.
