Trifecta Gold Ltd. is raising $1.5 million through a private placement of 10 million units priced at $0.15 each, with half a warrant attached per unit, exercisable at $0.25. The proceeds are earmarked for exploration and working capital, following their strategic acquisition of gold projects in Yukon’s Tombstone Gold Belt. The shares and warrants from this placement will be subject to a four-month hold period in Canada.
