Trifast PLC has announced that Company Secretary Christopher Morgan has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 2,354 additional ordinary shares. This acquisition brings Mr. Morgan’s total beneficial interest to 20,019 ordinary shares. The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, aligns with the EU Market Abuse Regulation requirements.
