Tricon Residential Inc. has entered into an agreement facilitating the acquisition of its common shares by Creedence Acquisition ULC for $11.25 per share, which will trigger a redemption of all outstanding preferred units of Tricon PIPE LLC. This is in line with the company’s amended agreement and the planned arrangement under Ontario’s Business Corporations Act. The arrangement also includes amendments to consent rights and redemption procedures for preferred unit holders.
