Tribeca Resources has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising C$1.28 million to fund its upcoming drilling programs and corporate activities. The raised capital will primarily finance pre-drilling and initial drilling at the Chiricuto project, as well as advancement of the La Higuera project in Chile. The company’s CEO highlighted the strong investor interest due to the Chiricuto project’s significant exploration potential.
