Tribeca Global Unveils Year-End Financials and Dividend Plan

Tribeca Global Natural Resources Ltd. (AU:TGF) has released an update.

Tribeca Global Natural Resources Ltd., after commencing operations in October and successfully listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), has reported financial results for the fiscal year ended June. The company announced a fully franked dividend of 8 cents per share paid in September, but no final dividend was declared following the year-end financial statements. They also introduced a dividend reinvestment plan for registered shareholders, offering the option to reinvest dividends into additional company shares instead of receiving cash payouts.
