Tribe Property Technologies’ Key Annual Meeting Outcomes

Tribe Property Technologies (TSE:TRBE) has released an update.

Tribe Property Technologies recently held its 2024 Annual Meeting, where shareholders re-elected existing directors, appointed a new director, Alex Yanitsky, and approved the company’s Amended Stock Option Plan. The plan changes from a ‘rolling’ 10% stock option plan to a ‘fixed’ option plan, allowing for a set number of stock options equal to 20% of the issued and outstanding shares.
