Tribal Group plc, a prominent provider of educational software and services, has announced that CEO Mark Pickett and CFO Diane McIntyre sold shares to cover tax obligations. Pickett sold 66,000 shares and retains an interest in 1,572,115 shares, while McIntyre sold 49,000 shares and holds 68,006 shares. These transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £0.477304 per share.
