Tribal Group plc has announced a block listing application for 274,965 new ordinary shares to satisfy option exercises and contingent share awards from its 2018 share scheme. These shares, upon issuance, will rank equally with the current shares and are expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 16 September 2024.
