Triad Group Plc’s Executive Chairman, Dr. John Rigg, has acquired 425,500 Ordinary Shares at 315 pence each, which were subsequently transferred at no cost to his daughters, with both daughters now holding significant shares in the company. This move has adjusted the Rigg family’s stake in the firm, with John Rigg owning 16.77% and Charlotte Rigg owning 9.26% of the company’s issued share capital.
