Triad Group Shareholders Pass Key Resolutions

Triad Group plc (GB:TRD) has released an update.

Triad Group Plc has successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting, where shareholders passed all regular resolutions but rejected the special resolutions concerning the disapplication of pre-emption rights and the authorization for directors to call a general meeting with less notice. The meeting saw a unanimous agreement on the final dividend payment and the reappointment of BDO LLP as auditors, while the directors’ reports and accounts were also received favorably.
