Triad Group Plc’s Executive Chairman Dr. John Rigg has transferred 2 million Ordinary Shares to his daughters at no cost, notably distributing 1 million shares each to Charlotte Rigg, Deputy Executive Chairman, and Emily Rigg. Following this transaction, Dr. John Rigg’s stake in the company has been reduced to approximately 16.77%, while Charlotte Rigg’s shareholding now amounts to roughly 7.98% of the issued share capital.
