Triad Group Plc has announced a proposed final dividend of 4.0 pence per share for the year ended 31 March 2024, contingent upon shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 22 August 2024. If approved, the dividend will be payable on 2 September 2024 to shareholders who are on the register as of 2 August 2024.
