Trendzon Holdings Group Limited has announced a revised schedule for their Share Consolidation and Rights Issue due to a tropical cyclone in Hong Kong, which halted trading on the Stock Exchange. The Share Consolidation will now be effective on 10 September 2024, with the commencement of dealings in the Consolidated Shares and other related activities adjusted accordingly. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 4:00 p.m. on 12 September to qualify for the Rights Issue.
