Trendzon Holdings Group Limited has announced changes to its board of directors, effective 26 July 2024, including the appointment of Ms. Feng Jiamin as Chairman and Mr. Michael Shi Guan Wah as CEO. The company has also established three key committees—Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination—each chaired by Mr. Wu Kai Tang, Mr. Shek Jun Chong, and Mr. Wu Kai Tang respectively.
